James Neal is a police officer in Ripley, Tennessee and a member of the Tennessee Army National Guard. He is married with three sons. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice.
James has articles that have been featured on Law Enforcement Today and speaks periodically to Criminal Justice classes at University of Tennessee.
